1 level (50ml) scoop of Fenugreek Seeds weighs approximately 38g

Fenugreek has been found to be a flavour preferred by horses. Fenugreek seeds are stated to possess mucilaginous, demulcent and nutritive properties, and have traditionally been used to soothe gastric ulcers and digestive upset, and during convalescence to improve eating and condition. Fenugreek seeds can also be used as a poultice for superficial, uncomplicated wounds once the seeds are boiled with water, cooled, and made into a thick paste.

Following parturition, Fenugreek seeds can be fed as a supplement to mares to stimulate milk flow but should not be fed to pregnant mares due to their uterine stimulating properties.

Feed supplements should be fed according to body weight. Introduce to the horse's diet gradually, splitting between feeds (when applicable).

Fenugreek is a complementary feeding stuff for equine animals. Feedmark uses nothing in the formulation of this product that contravenes competition rules.
