One of my horses was diagnosed with recurrent uveitis and low vitamin E levels.  I put him on Vita Sel-E immediately.  After his six month check up and blood test his vitamin E levels had improved and the vet was amazed with the improvement in his eye.

Nutrition Information

Vitamin E and Selenium are important nutrients that act as antioxidants, which help to mop up free radicals and play an important role in maintaining healthy cell membranes. They act to maintain normal muscle and immune functions, which is particularly important for hard working horses. Useful as an aid for fertility and breeding stock health, feeding extra Vitamin E and Selenium to pregnant mares has been shown to promote foal health via the positive effects on the mare's colostrum and milk, supporting levels of these substances in colostrum that are vital for foal immune function. Vitamin E and Selenium also support sperm quality of stallions. VitaSel-E™ is also ideal for horses and ponies grazing on areas with Selenium deficient soil, containing safe levels of Selenium and Vitamin E.

*All horses (including pregnant mares) fed low levels of compound feed or ill horses should be fed at the rates for hard work, according to body weight.

Feed supplements should be fed according to body weight. Introduce to the horse's diet gradually, splitting between feeds (when applicable).

VitaSel-E™is a complementary feeding stuff for equine animals.  Feedmark uses nothing in the formulation of this product that contravenes competition rules
